So Christmas and New Years is over, and school starts up tomorrow. Why don't we just have the rest of the week off? Because Webb City High School is run by a bunch of money grubbing jackasses.
The almost two weeks off was fun, however. At first it was a bunch of Christmas/birthday dinners leading up to the 25th. Saturday we celebrated my uncle and I's birthday at the Japanese Steakhouse, costing a whopping $150. I got a video game and this cool Logitech Harmony Universal Remote Control which controls almost everything. Sunday was the Christmas dinner in Kansas, which was cool. I got to see my brother and sister, and my dad came down from Derby, Kansas. On Monday there was a Christmas dinner at my great mother's house in Joplin by the airport. Christmas day all I did was open presents.
I got a few things; mostly a bunch of DVDs. The Die Hard collector's set, Live Free or Die Hard Unrated, Home Alone 1 and 2, The Fugitive/U.S. Marshall double feature, 300, and Christmas Time at South Park DVD. I also got a weighted vest and some clothes. When I saw my dad my brother and I got a really cool USMC hoodie from Steve and Barry's (lol).
Since Christmas I've been pulling all-nighters almost every night, usually watching the Die Hard movies. I've watched Live Free or Die Hard at least ten times already. A lot of people didn't like it because it didn't "feel like Die Hard", but the thing they fail to notice is that there's an Unrated one they need to see. THIS is what should've been released in theatres. I first saw the PG13 one and thought, "This blows" and actually surprised myself when I asked for it on DVD. I absolutely love the Unrated version, however. McClane says "fuck" around 50 times, so it increases the Die Hardness of the movie.
Today I woke up later then I ever have in my entire life. I went to sleep last night at 6am (which isn't the latest I've stayed up) and woke up at 5pm! An hour later I went to the store and here I am, watching Live Free or Die Hard again. I'm about to take some Nyquil so I can sleep tonight. Tomorrow morning I'm meeting Ryan at the school to go running. Hopefully I can wake up; it'll be the earliest I've woken up in 2 weeks.
Well that's all. Oh yeah, I've decided I'm going to skip January 25th (Friday) to see Rambo. My brother is coming over and we're going to watch all three previous Rambo movies on DVD the night before, and then wake up and see the fourth one.
Now that's all. Have a good day or whatever,
Seal
