So today, technically yesterday, was pretty fun. School was okay, and lifting weights after school was the usual, blah, blah, blah.
After school I waited in the cafeteria and sat with Brian Lovejoy while we ate some left over cookies from the Carl Junction cross country meet we had Thursday (we beat CJ by 50 points). At around 4:30 my brother picked me up at the high school, and his friend Zach was with him. We went back to my house and they played a little bit of Halo 3. After awhile it got boring so we went to Wendy's.
Maybe I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, but they have frosties now with M&Ms and Oreos! So I was stoked; I got the nuggets and oreo frosty...it was very delicious. After that we went to the football game, one of Webb City's biggest games of the season actually, against Pittsburg. Since my brother is from Pitt he went and sat in the student section on his side while I roamed around for the first half of the game trying to find someone I could hang with.
I finally found some cross country guys and sat with them and watched us beat Pittsburg 14 to 6...oh yes. Take that, Purple Dragons! After that was the homecoming dance, pretty much the lamest thing ever. The music sucked, and...it just sucked. The best part was when Bethany Roy danced with her dad (and, boy, can they dance), and when they showed the music video to Thriller. After Thriller, Ryan, Andy, Andrew, and I went to Rachel's house and watched most of Braveheart in their nice theater room. Nice, comfy, reclining movie seats, a big screen, candy, soda, and a popcorn machine; this family doesn't even need to go to a theater.
Well, that was it. I know it probably doesn't sound too interesting, but that's just because I'm too tired to give a rat's ass about making it interesting...so have a good day/night.
