So Far...

Alrighty, it's now 5:36pm and I'm just getting home from school. After the bell released everyone from the depths of hell (some call it highschool) I went into the fancy weight room and did my thing. Seriously though highschool isn't that bad; certainly not bad enough to be compared to hell....for some anyway. Actually the worst thing at school is being bored or something, but I'd still rather be there than at home, and I'll explain that later.

Before I start let me just say one thing. I don't like whiners, complainers, negativity, etc. yet in my previous blog I was sort of hypocritical and during an orgy of self-pity I pretty much became all of the above towards the end. I was just bored out of my mind and it was getting to me :P. After thinking about it, it was dumb to complain, and pretty selfish. I have no one to blame but myself for my boredom, and putting it on others was rediculous. So from now on my blogs will stay positive :).

Okay, so after the bell I went and worked out which exhausted me. First because I'd only had roughly 180 calories throughout the day (provided through granola bars), and second because there are some good machines in there. I mean wow! I want some of that stuff. Looks like the coaches will be getting to know me a little better because I'm gonna be in there every Mon, Wed, and Fri.

Anyway, so I'm exhausted and decide to do my homework in the cafeteria so I don't have to carry my book home. It was boring math, but I got it out of the way. I put my stuff up in my locker, and decide to chill a bit. So I get myself a Dr. Pepper, which was the first carbonated drink I'd had since June 4th, the day we started Cross Country practice for the summer. I don't feel guilty about it, because it was oh-so good; a plethora of goodness. I then decided to read my book, Into the Wild, which I've only got three chapters left.

One of the reasons I stayed at school so long wasn't because I was getting into my book, which is a good book, but because I didn't want to come home and spend the whole day in front of the computer. And looky here, I'm doing it now. So I've only proved myself right that coming home means wasting my life away at the keyboard. At least I got my music to keep me company.

Another reason I stayed was because it started pouring down rain. Now, I love the rain, and the only reason I didn't walk home in it was because of my notebooks...my backpack isn't exactly waterproof. So finally at about 5:15 I departed the school and walked home. It was relaxing, the perfect weather for me. Sure, I like sunny days...but rainy days are just better for some reason. Maybe you can tell me why?

Now I'm gonna Quentin Tarentino this blog and go back to the beginning of my day.

Woke up at 4:30, the usual time I wake up. Had a granola bar and some milk, then got ready to run. We ran four repeat miles, which is where you run a mile as fast as you can, rest until you get your heart rate down, and repeat. My fastest time was 6:25...I'm not sure if I should be satisfied with that, but by the end of the season my goal is to shed a minute off of that time.

First hour and second hour were boring. Third hour, was different. Mainly because of Mr. Burr, my friends, and of course LUNCH. But again, all I had was a granola bar, so I bummed some grapes and chocolate chips from the girls I sit with. Fourth hour was math, and the only good thing about that class was that we had a substitute. Not that I have anything against Mrs. Adair, but I think substitutes switch it up a bit. Plus, ignorance is bliss, especially in the case of a math substitute because they never know wtf to do :P.

That's pretty much it. So I'm going to do nothing the rest of today and tomorrow (unless...well you know)...and then my dad is picking me up Sunday and I'm gonna hang with him and the family out in Opolis (spelling?); out past Asbury...I think that's Kansas.

Well that's it with my day. I think it's fascinating how I can turn such a pretty much eventless day into such a drawn out blog..but then again if you're reading my blogs you're probably just as bored as I am, thus reading my blogs just passes by time...which is good when you're bored.

OKAY, so now I'm gonna turn up the music, eat something, and find something interesting to do...which odds are will be a challenge. Peace out, everyone who reads this I hope you stop being bored and find something fulfilling to do with the rest of your day/night.

Seal

P.S. I'll probably blog every other day...and I'll try to mix it up a bit. Just talking about my day could get boring for those who don't really care but are reading them because they're bored. So check back every once in a while.
